A unique retreat with soul and history: In the centuries-old walls of the Valtnerhof, we’ve created the 85 m² Suite Apartment ANIMA for 2–6 guests – right where our grandparents’ farmhouse parlour once formed the heart of the house. For generations, this room was not only the centre of family life, but often the only heated space in winter – a place of warmth, closeness and togetherness.

With the Suite Apartment ANIMA, this special atmosphere lives on: Two cosy bedrooms clad in reclaimed wood panelling from the old parlour, a spacious kitchen-living room and two elegant bathrooms offer modern comfort in a timeless setting.

A true highlight is the Finnish sauna – built from the original panelling of the historic parlour. Where the warm heart of the house once pulsed, you can now relax and recharge – in a space full of character and history.

The west-facing sun terrace invites you to enjoy the afternoon and evening sun to the fullest. Behind the beds, the silhouette of the Haunold massif adorns the wooden walls, and the doors were crafted from weathered boards from the house – every detail tells a story.

Anima means soul – and that’s exactly what we want to offer you: a space to arrive, breathe deeply and feel good.
